BP Sapphire Viewsafe™ Installation

In the Autumn of 2013, the BP Sapphire was the 1st of the BP Shipping GEM Class LNG Tanker vessels to have Viewsafe installed onboard.

The installations took place on the HV Switchboard Transformers, Propulsion Converters, Propulsion Transformers and finally the Cargo Transformers. The successful installation onboard BP Sapphire is soon to be followed by the BP Diamond later this year, with the 2 remaining sister vessels to undergo the same installations in 2014.
